What goes on the slip
Property address
Street, city and the name of the center or building, so the crew goes to the right lot.
Service
Sweeping, porter services, pressure washing or maintenance services. Name the tasks from the list if you know them.
Schedule
A one-time job, or a regular schedule for a property that needs the same round every week.
Emergency or not
Say so up front if it can't wait. Emergency services are available outside office hours.
